Room Reservations
Reservations can be made either by phone or online. All reservations require a valid ID proof at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
Check-in
Check-in time at the guest house is whenever the guest arrives (any time). Guests arriving outside these hours must inform the guesthouse in advance.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be subject to an additional charge.
Payment
Payment for the room can be made at the time of check-in. We accept cash and QR Payment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in time. Cancellations made after this time or no-shows will be charged for the first night's stay.
ID Proof
Guests must provide a valid ID proof at the time of check-in. Foreign guests must provide their passport and valid visa.
Room Allotment
Rooms are allotted based on availability and the guest's preference. However, the management reserves the right to change the room allotted at any time.
Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or room during their stay. The guesthouse reserves the right to charge for any damages caused.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and common areas. A penalty will be charged to any guest found smoking in the guest house premises.
Alcohol and Drugs Policy
Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited in the guest house premises. Any guest found violating this rule will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
Respect for Other Guests
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Loud music, noise, and any other activities that disturb other guests are strictly prohibited.
Meals
The guest house provides breakfast. Meals are available upon request and are subject to extra charges.
Guests are expected to settle all food and beverage charges before check-out.
Liability
The guest house is not responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the lock of their room.
Extra Amenities
Any request for extra amenities or services should be made at the front desk. Extra charges may apply for these services.
Management Rights
The management reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises if they violate any of the rules or if their behavior is deemed inappropriate.
Safety
The guest house is not responsible for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs on the premises. Guests are advised to take care of their own safety.
Complaints and Suggestions
Any complaints or suggestions should be brought to the notice of the front desk immediately.
Legal
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in any of the rooms or common areas.
